Allison Greco

Founder, Principal Consultant

When you partner with Allison, she truly becomes a part of your team, committed to your company’s success.

Allison created her foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Over the past 15 years, she has held Continuous and Process Improvement roles for Black Hills Energy, Williams, the United States Air Force and BNSF Railway. She has started up new CI programs and reinvigorated stale ones. Along the way she earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and became a licensed Professional Engineer.  

Allison launched Continuous Improvement International in 2018 to share her passion for continuous improvement, process improvement and change management.

Jill Hanson

Membership Engagement Manager

Jill is the Membership Engagement Manager for Continuous Improvement International. She loves equipping businesses for sustainable growth through people-centered concepts, creative clarity, and strategic processes. Armed with a degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Oklahoma, certifications in training, instructional design, and leadership, plus a passion for bringing humanity back to business Jill works to help build a healthy marriage of resources and relationships.

Before working with CII, Jill worked within Organizational Development as an Instructional Designer and Training Facilitator in both Manufacturing and HRIS Software industries.

Recent Projects

  • Served as Program Manager for a portfolio of corporate finance and accounting transformational projects with a budget of over $12M. Liaised between all project managers and senior leadership to ensure completion of all project deliverables.
  • Developed and implemented training and change management plan for a new financial software implementation impacting 200+ employees. Created robust strategy including live, virtual and recorded training.
  • Worked with a franchise-based company to accelerate their growth in creative, low-cost ways. Developed a strategy to grow franchises organically – created effective roles and responsibilities, maximized employee efficiencies and implemented process improvement within retail stores.
  • Developed and delivered customized continuous improvement leadership training program delivered through video-conferencing.
