Allison Greco is a transportation executive, speaker, and continuous improvement leader with more than 20 years of experience driving operational transformation across complex industries including railroads, utilities, trucking, energy, and government. An industrial engineer with an MBA, Allison has built her career helping organizations improve performance while navigating constant change.
She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Continuous Improvement for a nationwide trucking company, where she led large-scale initiatives to modernize operations, strengthen leadership capability, and scale performance across the organization.
Known for blending practical leadership insights with engaging storytelling, Allison often draws from a career that has taken her from freight trains to trucking boardrooms — and even the pageant stage. Outside the boardroom, she’s an avid runner (no bears required) and a former Mrs. Oklahoma (five-inch heels required).
